I took a look at the new starter avatars today, I have to say I thought they looked pretty good, way better than when I first landed in SL. Winter Thorn always has such amazingly cute home and decor items.  Her theme this time for The Arcade  is 'Home for the Holidays .Nine common and one rare prizes are available for L$50 a play.

Winter's Cottage is the rare gacha prize and it's beautiful and includes a snow/no snow version, texture change outdoor lights and a working fireplace....well worth a try isn't it?

What Nexts 'Wearable Row Boats' are available at The Arcade (if you can get in) in seven common and two rare versions.

The boat is super easy to use, just 'wear' it turn off your AO and find some water. My favourite is the 'Low Tides' version (of course)
