If you are feeling summery and ready to hit the beach, you still have a while to pick up What Next's 'Water Front' goodies from The Home Show 2014.
There are some great items available to mix/match to your hearts content and includes the 'Water Front Cottage' which is available in three designs, Sea View, Brighton and Torquay (each set includes three colours)
Also available is the 'The Waterfront Dock and Pier Set' (animated and non animated versions included) the set has modular/interchangeable pieces to enable you to fit it to your own beach shape. Last but not least is the 'Water Front Motor Boat' which is a working boat (cruise control and two speed) and seats one pilot and three passengers. This is an amazing set of items and if you haven't already seen it, TP over and check it out. The Home Show 2014 runs until April 30th.
You will have to be quicker if you want to pick up Barnesworth Anubis' 'Angolo House' which is available until April 10th at The Liaison Collaborative - The Garden
Although not technically a beach house I think it would work if you wanted a more modern look to your little piece of paradise. The house is light and spacious with large picture windows and a balcony/terrace area. It's a great size with a 30x30 metre foot print and coming in at only 47 prims.
