I've got a couple of houses to show you and a little bit of fashion.
Pixel Mode's 'Alloy' house is gorgeous and a great size. The house has a generous sized entrance hall and three rooms, there is also a great looking back yard.
The house comes in at a very reasonable 44 LI and is available at The Liaison Collaborative.

This is a very unique build, I don't think I have ever seen anything like it in SL. Included is the shop/apartment building AND a stand alone shop and stand alone sky box.
My Attic opened this weekend and has lots of lovely things with nothing priced over 95L. I'm wearing Lacuna's mesh 'Tetroz' maxi skirt which is available in ten colours with each colour containing two skirts (plain and patterned)
Also from My Attic and available in six HUD driven colour packs is Tableau Vivant's mesh 'Gloster' hair. Three versions of the hair are included, regular, stretch and squash fit.
